You can pay for any subscription using a credit card or PayPal. Traffic overage can also be paid via WebMoney.
Yes. Please contact our support team. To update your payment method, we will temporarily switch your account to the Basic plan, after which you can complete payment using a new card or method.
Invoices are generated automatically after each successful payment. You can find all invoices and payment history in your account:

Invoices can also be downloaded if needed.
Yes. An invoice is automatically issued after every successful payment and is available in your account.
Yes. Please contact our support team to include additional or custom billing details in your invoice.
Yes, downgrades are possible. Please contact support to request a downgrade. Note: the price difference is not refunded.
If payment is not completed after the 30-day billing period, the system will retry the charge on day 3, 6, and 9. If payment is still not received by day 10, the service will be suspended and the account will be blocked until payment is completed.
Traffic overage occurs when your usage exceeds the limits of your subscription plan.
- For monthly plans, you will receive an overage invoice that must be paid manually within 9 days.
- For annual plans, overage is calculated and invoiced monthly.
If the overage invoice is not paid on time, traffic will be blocked.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not provided.
